Deliver quality client services with professionalism and efficiency.
Open accounts and verify KYC documentation in line with regulatory requirements.
Provide remittance services to customers.
Achieve business targets set by management.
Engage with existing and potential customers to identify sales opportunities.
Ensure high-quality service delivery in line with the Bank’s internal policies.
Offer customers a seamless one-stop service experience.
Comply with AML regulations, internal policies, and local directives to prevent money laundering and terrorism financing.
Collaborate and maintain effective relationships with other divisions/departments of the Bank.
Carry out any additional tasks assigned by supervisors or the Line Manager.
