🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications:

Practical experience in Facebook (Meta) Ads and Google Ads Campaign Management
Strong understanding of Digital Marketing, Online Sales, and Lead Generation
Good communication skills with the ability to handle customer queries and client interactions professionally
Basic knowledge of Graphic Design tools such as Canva or Adobe Photoshop
Basic skills in Video Editing using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar software
Knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimization), Content Writing, and Social Media Management
Experience in Website/Admin Panel Management (Laravel experience will get preference)
Basic understanding of POS Software and other business management software
Strong teamwork mentality with a responsible and proactive working attitude
Ability to work under pressure and meet marketing and sales targets efficiently

Responsibilities & Context

We are looking to hire several skilled, proactive, and responsible Digital Marketing & Sales Executives for our organization. Selected candidates will be involved in Digital Marketing, Sales Generation, Customer Handling, Website Management, and Online Order Management activities.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns to improve marketing performance
Generate new sales leads and increase customer conversion rates
Handle online orders and provide professional customer support services
Manage and maintain the company’s website and admin panel
Operate and update social media pages and business accounts regularly
Develop effective product marketing strategies and conduct target audience analysis
Work on SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and content planning activities
Prepare regular sales reports and marketing performance tracking reports
Coordinate with team members and maintain effective client communication
Support business growth through strategic digital marketing and online sales activities
