  • The applicant with extensive experience in marketing at a large manufacturing company will be given priority.
  • Negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain trusted customer relationship.
  • Ability to effectively communicate through all mediums (verbal, listening, written).
  • Organizing and time management skills.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Client Relationship Development:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients through regular visits and consistent follow-ups to drive sales growth.
  • Effective Communication & Negotiation:
  • Communicate clearly and negotiate successfully with both current and prospective clients to close deals and maintain long-term partnerships.
  • Market Trend Analysis:
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior; provide timely insights and reports to the relevant authority.
  • Market Visit Planning & Opportunity Identification:
  • Prepare and execute a monthly market visit plan; identify new market opportunities and actively seek out potential clients to expand the customer base.
  • Reporting & Feedback:
  • Share relevant market insights, client feedback, and sales opportunities with management as needed for strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
  • Take initiative in handling other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by management to support the team’s overall performance and success.
