Key Responsibilities:
Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner.

Handle telemarketing, client counseling, and quality control (QC) of customer service operations.
Collaborate with team members to learn and adapt to new products, services, and technologies daily.
Supervise and manage call center operations when required.
