Promote & Sell Products
Actively promote and sell Kashban’s products (LED bulbs, multi-plugs, switches, mosquito coils, etc.) to retail shops, wholesalers, and end customers.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Provide after-sales support and handle customer inquiries professionally.
Market Expansion
Identify and approach new business opportunities to expand market reach.
Visit retailers, distributors, and potential clients regularly.
Product Demonstration & Awareness
Educate customers about product features, benefits, and proper usage.
Highlight unique selling points (energy-saving, quality, durability, etc.).
Achieve Sales Targets
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback for business growth.
Order & Inventory Management
Collect orders from clients and ensure timely delivery coordination.
Monitor product stock and report shortages or high-demand items.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and submit to management.
Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Brand Representation
Represent Kashban Business Point professionally in the market.
Uphold the company’s reputation for quality and trustworthiness.
