Job Description / Responsibilities:
Supervise, control, and monitor the company’s security guards.
Communicate all important information to management promptly upon any occurrence.
Monitor all anomalous activities and forward daily incident reports to the Head Office.
Security in-charge must remain on the office premises overnight.
Maintain all security compliance records and registers regularly.
Watch for irregularities such as fire hazards, equipment malfunctions, lights left on, leaking pipes, and unlocked security doors.
Respond immediately to emergencies.
Patrol the property, checking doors, windows, and gates for unauthorized entry.
Inspect all firefighting equipment to ensure it is in the correct place, properly updated, and maintained.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
