Age: 35 to 50 years.
Preferred Background: Retired Airforce, Navy, or Army officers (Warrant Officer/Senior Warrant Officer equivalent) are highly encouraged to apply.
Skills Required: Protocol, security and protection, and security management systems.
Work Flexibility: Must be willing to work according to duty rosters.
Supervise and manage overall security operations across factory sites, offices, and completed properties.
Inspect and evaluate security activities to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Conduct regular patrols to monitor premises, deter criminal activity, and identify potential hazards.
Prevent and detect offenses at factory sites and monitor CCTV systems.
Prepare duty rosters, manage shifts, and implement emergency response protocols.
Conduct site inspections, maintain perimeter control, access logs, and manage visitor entry.
Coordinate with the administrative team to safeguard materials, machinery, and property.
Ensure a safe and secure environment for employees and visitors by enforcing security policies and supervising security personnel.
Organize surprise inspections with the security team when necessary.
Maintain staff motivation, discipline, and performance among the security team.
Report all incidents or suspicious activities to Factory Management or Admin Head.
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the reporting superior.
