Job Summary:
The Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Accounts & Finance will head the department and oversee day-to-day accounting functions. The role is responsible for accurate financial reporting, adherence to organizational policies, and compliance with statutory regulations. This position is pivotal in budgeting, financial analysis, audit support, and maintaining strong internal controls across the hospital’s financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise the daily operations of the Accounts & Finance Department.
Maintain records of bank balances, petty cash, journals, and cash books.
Accurately process payments, reimbursements, and refunds.
Reconcile bank statements and post monthly journal entries.
Prepare financial statements, including trial balance, income & expenditure reports, and overall financial position reports.
Support management in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and audit preparations.
Ensure compliance with VAT, AIT, and other relevant financial regulations.
Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities as required.
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
