Accept returned products from distributors and warehouses, verify quantities, and notify the sales team.
Supervise designated workers, inspect and count returned items, and categorize them based on type and reason for damage or defect.
Record data for items returned due to manufacturing defects, compile monthly fault analysis reports, and share them with the Accounts and relevant departments at the head office.
Enter return details into the system, prepare adjustment reports, and forward them to the RTM Department (Head Office).
Share return data involving manufacturing defects or damage with the Quality Control (QC) and Central Audit teams.
Submit final reconciliation reports to the Internal Audit & Compliance Department during distributor account closures.
Send both physical and digital copies of damage and defect reports to the RTM department for verification.
Handle products damaged in transit or accidents, coordinate quality checks, arrange repackaging, and report to the Distribution & Logistics team.
Provide return receipt summaries to distributors and field staff through SMS and email.
