Additional Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in an education consultancy firm is required
Must have excellent communication skills in both Bangla and English
Should be proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Well-versed in handling documentation and the Malaysian student visa process
Prior experience in counselling students for Malaysian education will be considered a strong advantage
Deliver precise and effective student counselling while overseeing the entire admission process
Review and organize all visa-related documentation and manage associated paperwork
Keep up-to-date with the latest Malaysian visa regulations and university admission criteria
Conduct preparation sessions to help students get ready for visa or university interviews
Ensure all required documents are submitted on time and accurately
Maintain regular communication with clients through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings
Actively engage with students on Facebook groups and provide them with consultation services
Perform additional duties as assigned by the management
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM | Weekly Holiday: Friday
