Bachelor/Honors, Computer Engineering (CSE)
Additional Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Database Administration and Development.
Certified professional (OCP/OCA) with expertise in Oracle 11g/12c/19c, SQL, PL/SQL, and performance tuning.
Proficient in Oracle Developer Suite (6i/10g/11g) for developing forms and reports.
Skilled in installing, configuring, and maintaining Oracle databases on Windows and Linux platforms.
Experienced with RMAN, log shipping, and replication for backup, disaster recovery, and high availability.
Strong understanding of database security, access control, and audit logging mechanisms.
Basic knowledge of SAP system landscape, with added familiarity in the SD module.
Exposure to VMware, Azure, AWS, and other cloud/hybrid infrastructures.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex database issues.
Able to multitask under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and travel when required.
Enthusiastic about learning new technologies and following industry best practices.

Job Description
- Manage Oracle (11g/12c/19c) and MySQL database environments on both Windows and Linux platforms.
- Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of Oracle Databases.
- Administer database objects including tables, views, materialized views, indexes, and procedures.
- Develop and optimize SQL, PL/SQL scripts, and queries.
- Analyze and troubleshoot slow-running queries and system performance issues.
- Leverage indexing, caching, query plan analysis, and profiling tools to enhance performance.
- Design and implement comprehensive backup strategies (full, incremental, and differential).
- Manage disaster recovery procedures including point-in-time recovery using RMAN and other tools.
- Enforce database security through role-based access controls and audit logging mechanisms.
- Ensure data protection and compliance with internal and external policies.
- Install and configure Oracle Developer Suite (6i/10g/11g) on Windows platforms.
- Design and develop interfaces and reports using Oracle Forms and Reports.
- Any other tasks assigned by management.
