· 2–3 years proven experience in digital marketing (social media, email & SEO)
· Strong skills in design & video editing (Canva, Adobe, CapCut, etc.)
· Hands-on experience with email marketing & automation tools
· Knowledge of SEO strategies & tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, Yoast, Rank Math)
· Understanding of paid ads & analytics
· Excellent English writing & communication skills
· Creative, proactive & result-driven mindset
· Flexibility to work in overlapping hours with Canadian time zones (EST/PST)
Working Hours
• Main focus: Bangladesh time 6 PM – 2 AM (to overlap with Canada daytime hours)
• Flexible tasks: Can be done during Bangladesh daytime if not client-facing
• Weekly meetings with Canadian team/clients

Skills
· Create, design & edit engaging content (graphics, reels, videos, stories)
· Plan, schedule & manage multiple social media accounts
· Run ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
· Grow followers, reach & engagement with proven strategies
· Manage community engagement (comments, inbox, groups)
· Plan & execute email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, MailerLite, etc.)
· Design newsletters, segment lists & track open/click rates
· Perform SEO tasks:
· Keyword research & competitor analysis
· On-page SEO (meta tags, headings, alt text, content optimization)
