Strong customer support, convincing, and negotiation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with good typing speed
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bangla
Deliver timely and professional customer support via online channels, addressing user inquiries, comments, and feedback.
Manage and maintain social media and e-commerce platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Daraz.
Foster strong client relationships by providing product information, guidance, and recommendations, as well as suggesting service improvements.
Monitor and report issues such as spam, harassment, and inappropriate content.
Track and analyze key metrics related to social media performance and moderation.
Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to ensure community feedback is integrated into the content and engagement strategy.
Provide excellent service and after-sales support to clients.
Prepare price quotations, generate sales reports, and maintain customer records as needed.
Support online sales efforts and collect customer insights for continuous improvement.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with both customers and team members.
Perform additional duties as required.
