Responsibilities & Context

About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated Software Support Executive to join our team! You will serve as the first point of contact for our users, assisting with software issues, troubleshooting problems, and ensuring our clients have a smooth and efficient experience with our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries via chat, email, or phone

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot software issues

  • Guide users through step-by-step solutions

  • Document technical issues and solutions for internal use

  • Collaborate with the development team for bug fixes or escalated problems

  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
