Skills
The Sr. Consultant (Life) will provide strategic, advisory, and leadership support to the Bangladesh Insurance Association in matters related to life insurance operations, corporate governance, and management best practices.
The role is designed for highly experienced professionals, preferably with CEO-level experience in a Life Insurance Company, who can contribute to organizational decision-making, regulatory compliance, and industry best practices.
Advisory & Strategic Guidance
Provide expert advice on life insurance laws, rules, and regulations.
Guide the Association and member companies on corporate governance and general management best practices.
Leadership & Organizational Support
Apply leadership skills to help shape policies, programs, and initiatives.
Mentor and guide stakeholders on organizational and operational excellence.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Tasks
Analyze industry trends and challenges to provide data-driven insights.
Assist in resolving complex issues related to life insurance management.
Communication & Representation
Deliver public speaking, presentations, and reports for stakeholders, government authorities, and industry forums.
Executive-Level Expertise
Leverage CEO-level experience in life insurance to support strategic decisions, policy-making, and industry advocacy.
