Proven experience as CEO in a reputed non-life insurance company will get preference.
Skills
Conduct pricing, reserving, and profitability analysis for various non-life insurance products.
Develop and validate actuarial models using tools such as R, Python, or Excel-based models.
Perform loss ratio and claims trend analysis to assess portfolio performance.
Support reinsurance strategy development and evaluate reinsurance arrangements.
Assist in IFRS 17 and Solvency II-related actuarial calculations and documentation.
Provide strategic advice on product design, risk selection, underwriting policies, and claims management.
Prepare and present consulting reports and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, underwriting, operations, IT) to implement actuarial insights.
Support clients in regulatory compliance and actuarial audit support engagements.
Lead or contribute to consulting projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
Support business proposals, client presentations, and technical write-ups for new projects.
Mentor and guide junior consultants or analysts, ensuring knowledge sharing and skill development.
Keep updated with emerging trends in the non-life insurance sector, such as data analytics, InsurTech, and machine learning.
Contribute to thought leadership articles or internal knowledge databases.
Recommend innovative data-driven solutions to enhance actuarial and business outcomes.
