Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university, preferably with a major in Finance or Accounting.
CA-CC qualification will be given preference.

Experience Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in financial sales administration is required.
Role Purpose:
This position is responsible for ensuring precise financial monitoring, cost efficiency, and operational effectiveness of Direct Delivery (DD) operations through thorough analysis, reconciliation, and collaboration across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor daily financial transactions related to DD credit sales.
Prepare daily reconciliations between DD credit sales and deposits.
Ensure timely deposits from DD and recommend alternative solutions for cash not submitted via bKash or bank.
Conduct cost and profitability analysis for each DD.
Prepare aging reports for credit sales.
Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely invoice preparation.
Track and reconcile cylinder stock levels with financial records.
Support audits and compliance activities related to DD operations.
Analyze cylinder exchange costs, implement cost controls, and recommend cost-saving measures.
Drive process improvements to enhance financial accuracy and operational efficiency.
Monitor secondary distribution costs across all DD locations, identify variances, and work with logistics/sales teams to optimize expenses.
Perform route-wise cost analysis.
Evaluate truck capacity utilization.
Analyze the percentage of undelivered orders and identify causes.
Conduct random visits to retailer points to assess market trends in primary and secondary markets.
Review primary distribution cost efficiency and suggest improvements.
Monitor non-moving empty cylinders of other brands.
Control discounts on bulk purchases and ensure compliance with the pricing approval process for DD sales.
