Context
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Sr. Executive – Regulatory Affairs to ensure full compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements across our production and business activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and renew various operational licenses, including Trade License, DOE License, Acid Import License, Boiler License, Fire License, Factory License, Export License, BERC License, ERC/IRC, Atomic Import/Usage License, and Petroleum Import & Storage License.
Manage licensing for Radioactive Materials (Import/Usage) and Explosives (CO₂, N₂ storage).
Maintain effective liaison with DC Office and other government authorities to ensure timely license renewals.
Ensure regulatory compliance for newly established business operations.
Handle critical compliance issues concerning both Head Office and Factory operations.
Secure Explosive NOC for imported raw materials, machinery, and equipment from relevant laboratories.
Prepare, compile, and submit documentation on regulatory matters, including those arising from product quality concerns or new legal requirements, as directed by the HOD.
Provide assistance in obtaining licenses for upcoming business ventures.
