Update daily stock registers, ledgers, and ERP/software systems.
Keep precise records of all supplies, including batch numbers, expiry dates, and warranties where applicable.
Monitor stock levels to ensure the continuous availability of essential items.
Prepare purchase requisitions and track them to ensure timely delivery.
Issue materials to relevant departments based on approved requisitions.
Generate and submit monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual stock reports to management.
Ensure proper storage conditions that meet safety standards.
Regularly inspect inventory for expired, damaged, or near-expiry items and report findings to management.
Maintain compliance with company policies, internal audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
Analyze material usage trends and recommend cost-saving measures.
Prevent misuse, pilferage, and overstocking of materials.
Promote optimal resource utilization.
Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and organized arrangements within the store.
