Support students throughout the entire university application process for the UK and Australia, including selecting courses, submitting applications, and preparing required documents.
Offer personalized guidance on international education options, tailored to each student’s academic background, career goals, and visa eligibility.
Manage the visa application process, keeping up-to-date with the latest embassy regulations and immigration policies for the UK and Australia.
Maintain ongoing communication with students via phone, email, or in-person meetings to ensure timely progression through every stage of their application.
Accurately update and manage student profiles, application progress, and interaction history using CRM tools.
Collaborate with university partners, institutional representatives, and embassies to facilitate smooth coordination and timely updates.
Help plan and participate in seminars, webinars, and educational fairs to promote overseas study programs and services.
Meet monthly targets for student counselling sessions and successful enrollments as defined by management.
Stay informed on IELTS requirements, language proficiency criteria, and available scholarships from partner institutions.
Handle all student information and documentation with the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
