We are seeking highly motivated Sustainability Developer Interns who are passionate about climate change, sustainability, and business transparency. This is a PAID internship opportunity, where the ideal candidate will assist in the development, design, and execution of sustainability-focused projects across diverse industries, corporations, and development partners. This role offers excellent exposure and hands-on experience for individuals aspiring to grow in the fields of sustainability and technology.

Upon successful completion of the internship, you will be offered a full-time position as a Sustainability Developer/Engineer.

Responsibilities:

• Project Support: Assist in the development, design, and implementation of sustainability-focused projects and initiatives across various industries, companies, and development partners.

• Data Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and clients to collect, validate, and analyze data, ensuring accuracy and thorough reporting.

• Sustainability Reporting: Contribute to writing sustainability reports in compliance with international ESG standards and frameworks (e.g., GRI, IFRS, ESRS, TCFD).

• Initiative Development: Support the creation and execution of sustainability initiatives and projects.

• Energy Assessment: Participate in energy audits for various facilities, analyze energy consumption patterns, and provide detailed reports with actionable recommendations for improving energy efficiency and cutting costs.

• Material Circularity: Assist in implementing the company's circular strategy by working with senior leadership to integrate circular business models and enhance sustainability initiatives. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive the transition to a circular business model.

• Sustainable Solutions: Collaborate with teams to develop solutions that enhance energy efficiency and reduce environmental impacts.

• Research and Innovation: Research emerging sustainability technologies and trends, providing innovative ideas to improve practices.

• Practice Integration: Contribute to integrating sustainable practices into various business operations to align with the company's sustainability goals.

• Metrics Tracking: Support in tracking, analyzing, and reporting on sustainability metrics to assess progress and impact.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure sustainability principles are integrated into diverse projects.
