We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused, and results-driven individual to join our team as a Team Leader – Telemarketing (Call Center). As the initial point of contact for our valued clients, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting overall business growth.
Oversee daily team operations and ensure achievement of KPIs and team performance goals
Organize and conduct training sessions to improve the skills and product knowledge of team members
Make outbound calls to potential clients, sharing information about current property listings and promotional offers
Support the sales team by supplying them with qualified leads and detailed customer data
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and ensure all interactions are properly documented in the system
