Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated and technically proficient Technical Support Engineers to manage and support IPTSP (IP Telephony Service Provider) and Bulk SMS services. The ideal candidates should have a strong understanding of networking, VoIP, telecommunication systems, and SMS portals. This role requires problem-solvers capable of troubleshooting network issues, maintaining systems, and delivering exceptional client support.
Provide technical support for SMS and IPTSP-related issues, troubleshooting and resolving problems efficiently.
Install, configure, and maintain IP Telephony systems.
Monitor and manage network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and wireless access points.
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth and uninterrupted IPTSP and SMS service operations.
Respond to customer inquiries and deliver effective solutions to enhance client satisfaction.
Document technical issues and maintain accurate records of resolutions.
Handover SMS portals to clients and provide ongoing technical support as required.
