Additional Requirements
Diploma/Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, or related technical field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in industrial or factory maintenance (experience with specific machinery is a plus).
Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, mechanical systems, and troubleshooting methods.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and engineering drawings.
Hands-on experience with PLC, CNC, or automated machinery will be an added advantage.
Must be physically fit and able to work in factory environments (heat, noise, shift duty).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good communication skills to coordinate with production and management teams.
Willingness to work overtime, night shifts, or weekends when required.
Knowledge of safety protocols and emergency procedures.
Equipment Operation & Maintenance
Operate, monitor, and maintain factory machinery, tools, and equipment to ensure smooth production.
Troubleshooting & Repair
Diagnose technical issues, carry out necessary repairs, and replace faulty parts to minimize downtime.
Preventive Maintenance
Perform routine inspections and scheduled maintenance to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment life.
Quality Control
Check machines and production processes to ensure products meet quality standards.
Safety Compliance
Follow and enforce workplace safety rules, report hazards, and ensure all machinery is operated safely.
Documentation & Reporting
Keep records of maintenance, repairs, spare parts usage, and downtime reports for management review.
Collaboration
Work with engineers, supervisors, and production staff to ensure smooth workflow and resolve technical issues quickly.
Continuous Improvement
Suggest improvements for efficiency, cost-saving, and better machine performance.
Inventory Management
Monitor spare parts stock, request replacements, and manage tools and maintenance supplies.
