Responsibilities & Context

  • Visual Design & Branding
  • Design engaging visual content for digital platforms including social media, websites, and print (e.g., brochures, banners, posters, logos).
  • Maintain brand consistency across all visual elements and marketing materials.
  • Prepare design concepts and layouts—either by hand or using design tools—to visualize creative ideas.
  • Select and incorporate visual elements such as colors, typography, images, animations, and iconography in line with brand guidelines.
  • Merchandising Execution & Monitoring
  • Take ownership of end-to-end merchandising follow-up, ensuring execution is on track at every level — from order confirmation to final delivery.
  • Monitor timelines, coordinate with stakeholders, and resolve any bottlenecks to ensure smooth execution of merchandising activities.
  • Sales Development & Market Intelligence
  • Provide strategic input to support the development of sales initiatives and growth opportunities.
  • Collect and analyze competitor information regularly through market intelligence, client feedback, and industry reports to inform product positioning and pricing strategies.
  • Cross-Department Coordination
  • Collaborate with Operations, Procurement, and Integrated Planning teams to align production planning, material sourcing, and on-time dispatch.
  • Facilitate seamless communication between departments to optimize efficiency and reduce delays in the supply chain.
  • Technical Training & Product Launch Support
  • Lead or support technical training initiatives, including strategy workshops, process updates, and onboarding for new procedures or tools.
  • Contribute to new product launches by assisting with product knowledge sessions, internal strategy alignment, and post-launch reviews.
  • Continuously update team knowledge through structured training on industry practices, product evolution, and process improvements.
