Up to 2 years of relevant experience.
Experience in banking or call center operations is preferred.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Strong communication skills in both Bangla and English.
Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, maintaining a polite and positive demeanor at all times.
Address customer inquiries related to banking products, services, transactions, cards, and account details.
Resolve customer complaints and service issues promptly while adhering to bank policies and compliance standards.
Follow up on critical issues and provide customers with timely updates and feedback.
Deliver accurate information and guidance on banking procedures, services, card usage, internet/mobile banking, loans, and other related queries.
Record customer interactions and feedback in the system for documentation and continuous service improvement.
Escalate customer queries or complaints to the relevant department promptly and efficiently.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and cross-selling objectives.
