At least 8 publications in local or international journals.

Provide specialized ENT care in both outpatient and inpatient settings.
Perform diagnostic procedures and surgical interventions.
Review complex cases, offer second opinions, and supervise treatment plans.
Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, infection control, and safety standards.
Maintain accurate EMR records, treatment notes, and discharge summaries.
Oversee ENT clinic operations, duty rosters, and on-call schedules.
Participate in audits, quality improvement initiatives, and SOP development.
