Must be highly motivated to pursue a target-oriented career in banking
Sound knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship strategies
Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to work independently
Should possess an outgoing personality and a persuasive attitude
Comfortable using digital tools and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Identify and engage prospective customers to promote credit card products
Clearly explain the features, benefits, and eligibility of various credit cards and assist clients with the application process
Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure swift approval and timely card delivery
Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by the bank
Support customers in activating their cards and promote the use of supplementary cards
Deliver outstanding customer service, handle inquiries and complaints, and ensure secure and compliant customer onboarding
Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs, and provide feedback or new ideas to supervisors
Keep accurate daily and weekly sales records and report to the line manager
