  • Must be flexible and willing to work in a fast-paced 24/7 environment, including shifts on weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Be EBL’s representative. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints with empathy and professionalism, ensuring high service standards are maintained.
  • Resolve efficiently. Strive to address issues on the first interaction to boost customer satisfaction.
  • Go above and beyond. Understand customer needs and proactively provide tailored solutions for a smooth experience.
  • Be proactive. Follow up diligently and escalate matters when needed to ensure swift and effective resolutions.
  • Ensure accuracy. Keep detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and documentation.
  • Stay compliant. Follow all relevant regulations and security protocols to protect customer information.
  • Keep improving. Engage in ongoing training to enhance skills and remain competitive in the industry.
  • Drive value. Promote and sell appropriate EBL products and services when suitable.
