BRAC Bank is seeking an ambitious, intelligent, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic professional for its Distribution Network Division. The role focuses on both Services (Cash/Non-Cash) and Business, offering opportunities to develop well-rounded banking expertise and career growth.
Grade: As per candidate’s qualifications and experience
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver general banking services to customers through both digital and physical channels.
Accurately receive and disburse cash over the counter using the Core Banking System.
Provide welcoming, responsive, and professional customer service, addressing all types of customer queries using technical knowledge and interpersonal skills.
Strictly adhere to AML/KYC guidelines, reporting any suspicious activity to the immediate supervisor or BAMLCO.
Achieve targets related to deposits, loans, credit cards, account opening, and other management-defined objectives.
Process account-related requests including account opening, closing, modifications, pay orders, sanchaypatra, credit card services, and other permissible banking services.
Resolve customer complaints by coordinating with supervisors or relevant departments.
Ensure all documentation and processes comply with the bank’s policies and risk mitigation standards.
Prepare and submit various internal and external reports on time.
Perform other banking tasks as assigned by the line manager.
