This role emphasizes a UX-first approach, focusing on user research, interaction design, and human-centered solutions for ERP, HRIS, and enterprise dashboard applications.
The ideal candidate should have agency-level design experience and the ability to translate business processes into seamless, data-driven user experiences that improve productivity and usability at scale.
Lead UX strategy for enterprise ERP web applications, ensuring designs support end-to-end user journeys across multiple personas (HR, Operations, Management, Employees).
Develop and maintain atomic design systems and component libraries with reusable multi-state UI patterns for consistency and scalability.
