Must be open to frequent travel within assigned regions
Solid understanding of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Word
Capable of preparing basic reports and maintaining accurate documentation
Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Maintains a high level of integrity, precision, and responsibility in all tasks
Advanced Document Review:
Evaluate and verify customer documents to ensure they meet regulatory requirements.
Identify discrepancies, signs of forgery, or missing information and flag them accordingly.
Team Leadership & Support:
Provide guidance and support to field verification staff to enhance performance.
Set an example by strictly adhering to standard procedures and deadlines.
Compliance & Background Verification:
Perform thorough background checks in accordance with internal compliance guidelines.
Ensure that all verification activities are conducted with honesty and transparency.
Customer Interaction:
Communicate directly with customers to collect documents or clarify submission issues.
Address and resolve any concerns or disputes that arise during the verification process.
Reporting & Cross-Functional Coordination:
Work closely with risk, compliance, and operations departments.
Maintain detailed and accurate field verification reports and keep supervisors informed.
