Responsibilities & Context

  • Sales & Target Achievement
  • Ensure achievement of zonal sales targets in both volume and unit-wise metrics.
  • Meet all time-based goals to drive optimal sales performance across the zone.
  • Stock & Dealer Management
  • Monitor dealer stock levels regularly and ensure stock availability is aligned with sales forecasts and timelines.
  • Guarantee timely DO (Delivery Order) placement and ensure dealer ROI (Return on Investment) is maintained.
  • Track and review the daily accomplishments and activities of both dealers and field officers.
  • Team Monitoring & Market Visits
  • Oversee and guide Field Officers and monitor their market activities, target achievement, and discipline.
  • Conduct regular market visits alongside Field Officers, adhering to pre-defined routes outlined in KPIs.
  • Expense Management
  • Verify and approve TA/DA (Travel Allowance/Daily Allowance) bills of Field Officers with accuracy and fairness.
  • Sales Operations & Policy Implementation
  • Ensure strict adherence to the company’s sales policies and procedures in the field.
  • Supervise and implement merchandising activities in the marketplace through the field force.
  • Receivables & Credit Control
  • Ensure 100% realization of receivables and outstanding credits from primary sales on time.
  • Training & Development
  • Provide regular training and coaching to sales representatives to enhance their product knowledge and professional skillset.
  • Communication & Coordination
  • Maintain effective two-way communication with both upper management and field-level stakeholders (FOs, Sub-dealers, Dealers).
  • Gather and relay market intelligence and feedback on competitor activities to the management team.
  • Other Duties
  • Carry out any additional responsibilities assigned by the Management as required.
