3D visualizer - Architecture

Job Context

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and passionate 3D Visualizer to join our design team. You will work in a dynamic and collaborative environment where innovation, creativity, and technical excellence are highly valued. Our projects include residential, commercial, mixed-use, and interior design developments, requiring a strong understanding of architectural visualization, space planning, lighting, textures, materials, and design aesthetics.

As a 3D Visualizer, you will play a vital role in transforming architectural concepts into realistic visual experiences, working closely with Architects, Interior Designers, Clients, and Consultants throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Develop high-quality 3D visualizations, photorealistic renderings, walkthroughs, and architectural animations for architectural and interior design projects.

✔ Translate design concepts, sketches, CAD drawings, and 3D models into compelling visual presentations.

✔ Create realistic exterior and interior renderings with accurate lighting, textures, materials, furniture, and landscaping.

✔ Collaborate closely with Architects, Interior Designers, Engineers, and Clients to ensure visualizations accurately represent project intent and design requirements.

✔ Optimize 3D models, rendering workflows, and scene organization to improve quality, efficiency, and rendering performance.

✔ Produce presentation materials, visual boards, and marketing visuals to support client presentations and project approvals.

✔ Modify renderings and visualizations based on client feedback and project revisions while maintaining high-quality standards.

✔ Research and apply the latest architectural visualization techniques, rendering technologies, software tools, and industry trends.

✔ Manage multiple visualization projects simultaneously while meeting project deadlines and quality expectations.

✔ Maintain organized project files, rendering assets, textures, libraries, and documentation.

✔ Coordinate with project teams to ensure visualization outputs align with construction drawings and design specifications.

✔ Continuously improve visualization quality through innovation, creativity, and attention to detail.

✔ Perform any other visualization or design-related responsibilities assigned by the Management.
