Accounts and Finance - Asst. Manager / Deputy Manager

Ultimate Organic Life Limited, a concern of JK Lifestyle Limited, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional to join its Accounts & Finance Department.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Monitor, analyze, and control sales, operational, and business costs to ensure alignment with the approved budget.

✔ Allocate direct and indirect costs accurately to the respective departments, projects, or products.

✔ Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend effective measures to improve operational efficiency without compromising quality.

✔ Assist in preparing annual budgets, financial forecasts, and budget variance analyses.

✔ Coordinate with the Sales, Operations, Procurement, Inventory, and Finance teams to collect data and align budget and cost management strategies.

✔ Identify and assess financial risks related to cost overruns, market fluctuations, and business operations.

✔ Stay updated with accounting standards, financial regulations, and industry best practices.

✔ Assist in conducting periodic inventory audits and stock reconciliation.

✔ Prepare and submit monthly VAT returns (Mushak 9.1) along with all required VAT documents, including Mushak 4.3, 6.3, 6.4, 6.6, and 6.10, in compliance with the VAT & SD Act 2012 and VAT Rules 2016.

✔ Maintain VAT records using NBR-approved VAT software and Microsoft Excel.

✔ Utilize accounting software to manage costs, budgets, financial reports, and business analysis.

✔ Maintain a sound understanding of trading business operations and support financial decision-making.

✔ Perform any other Accounts & Finance responsibilities assigned by management.
