The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory and accounting records, supporting stock and asset verification, and ensuring timely financial transactions and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Inventory Record Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory purchases, issues, stock balances, and related transactions.

✔ Accounting System Updates: Ensure all inventory transactions are accurately recorded and updated in the company’s accounting software/system.

✔ Physical Stock & Asset Verification: Assist in the physical verification of inventory stock and fixed assets to ensure records accurately reflect actual balances.

✔ Stock Reconciliation: Reconcile physical stock with accounting records, identify discrepancies, and investigate the reasons for any differences.

✔ Inventory Reporting: Prepare periodic inventory and stock reports for management review and decision-making.

✔ Accounts Payable & Receivable: Maintain accurate Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) records while supporting timely payments and collection of outstanding receivables.
