✔ Product Management: Regularly upload and update product details on the website, including product names, images, descriptions, and other relevant information. ✔ Stock Management: Edit and update existing stock information and ensure the daily stock status of products is accurately maintained. ✔ Website Order Processing: Process and manage daily website orders efficiently. ✔ Order Follow-up & Dispatch: Follow up on website orders and monitor their dispatch status to ensure timely processing. ✔ Customer Data Entry: Accurately enter and maintain customer data related to website sales. ✔ Website Sales & Brand Growth: Contribute to increasing website sales and strengthening the overall brand value through effective website and sales activities. ✔ Sales Team Management: Coordinate and manage the sales team to support business and sales objectives.

The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory and accounting records, supporting stock and asset verification, and ensuring timely financial transactions and reporting. Key Responsibilities ✔ Inventory Record Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory purchases, issues, stock balances, and related transactions. ✔ Accounting System Updates: Ensure all inventory transactions are accurately recorded and updated in the company’s accounting software/system. ✔ Physical Stock & Asset Verification: Assist in the physical verification of inventory stock and fixed assets to ensure records accurately reflect actual balances. ✔ Stock Reconciliation: Reconcile physical stock with accounting records, identify discrepancies, and investigate the reasons for any differences. ✔ Inventory Reporting: Prepare periodic inventory and stock reports for management review and decision-making. ✔ Accounts Payable & Receivable: Maintain accurate Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) records while supporting timely payments and collection of outstanding receivables.

The selected candidate will be responsible for image editing, website content management, order processing, and customer data entry to support the company’s daily sales and online operations. Core Responsibilities ✔ Image Editing: Edit and enhance images professionally using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. ✔ Website Image Upload: Upload edited images to the company website accurately and maintain proper image presentation. ✔ Website Order Management: Manage and monitor website orders and ensure proper handling of order-related information. ✔ Customer Data Entry: Enter and maintain customer data and sales-related information accurately in the required systems.
