Architect - Interior Design (Concord Architect & Interior Decor Ltd.)

Develop architectural and interior design concepts based on project needs and client requirements.

Prepare design, working, and technical drawings in collaboration with the project team.

Develop and coordinate 3D models, visualizations, and presentation materials as needed.

Assist in selecting materials, finishes, fixtures, and furniture aligned with approved concepts.

Coordinate with structural, MEP, site, and other relevant teams.

Conduct site visits and provide necessary design clarification and technical support.

Ensure accuracy, coordination, and timely completion of project deliverables.

Collaborate closely with the Design Team Lead and team members to maintain smooth workflow and meet project deadlines.
