Develop architectural and interior design concepts based on project needs and client requirements. Prepare design, working, and technical drawings in collaboration with the project team. Develop and coordinate 3D models, visualizations, and presentation materials as needed. Assist in selecting materials, finishes, fixtures, and furniture aligned with approved concepts. Coordinate with structural, MEP, site, and other relevant teams. Conduct site visits and provide necessary design clarification and technical support. Ensure accuracy, coordination, and timely completion of project deliverables. Collaborate closely with the Design Team Lead and team members to maintain smooth workflow and meet project deadlines.

Track KPIs, evaluate sales, revenue, volume, and profitability against targets, and conduct variance and risk analysis across daily to annual reports. Analyze concrete block sales by product, customer, and territory, monitor the pipeline and pricing, and forecast future demand. Evaluate product margins, production and logistics costs, and pricing strategies to uncover optimization opportunities. Monitor plant capacity, output, downtime, wastage, and material yield alongside factory teams. Track operating expenses—including raw materials, labor, and distribution—and perform cost-benefit assessments for operational initiatives. Research construction industry trends, monitor competitor pricing and positioning, and identify new market segments. Support annual budgeting, financial modeling, scenario planning, and business case development for new projects. Build and maintain automated management dashboards, performance trackers, and reporting systems ensuring data accuracy. Consolidate cross-functional data using Advanced Excel, Power BI, and SQL to develop analytical models and standard reporting formats. Partner with sales, production, finance, and supply chain teams to translate requirements into actionable insights and track initiatives. Deliver feasibility studies, ROI models, sensitivity analyses, and executive presentations for senior management decision-making.

  Analyze and develop structural framing systems using relevant software such as ETABS, following BNBC requirements and ensuring safety against lateral forces including wind and earthquakes. Optimize structural framing systems through design iterations while coordinating with Architects, Plumbing Engineers, Electro-Mechanical Engineers, and other relevant professionals. Prepare efficient and practical structural designs that meet both aesthetic and functional requirements. Design building structures, foundations, mats, and slabs using appropriate software such as SAFE. Prepare earth protection and excavation drawings for building foundations to minimize risks to surrounding structures. Select appropriate and quality structural components available in the market while considering cost, quality, and project timelines. Prepare preliminary hand sketches and coordinate the development of accurate AutoCAD drawings. Review and verify AutoCAD drawings to identify errors and ensure construction drawings are accurate and delivered within schedule. Conduct periodic construction site visits to monitor structural work and assess construction quality. Prepare and submit detailed site inspection and visit reports with relevant observations and recommendations.

Promote and sell all products and projects of Concord Real Estate & Building Products Limited. Achieve sales objectives through direct marketing, database marketing, and telemarketing activities. Respond promptly to client inquiries received in person, over the phone, and through other communication channels. Collect booking amounts, down payments, and other applicable payments from new clients. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to create future business opportunities. Meet prospective customers, understand their requirements, and effectively present relevant projects. Receive, address, and follow up on customer complaints to ensure smooth and satisfactory service delivery. Maintain and regularly update marketing and industry-related customer databases. Analyze monthly sales performance and compare growth against previous periods. Monitor collections and ensure assigned recovery and sales targets are achieved. Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to support business growth. Identify and pursue new customer opportunities to generate qualified leads. Prepare deeds of agreement and other necessary sales-related documentation. Issue official letters and correspondence in accordance with company policies and procedures.
