Senior Engineer - Design Cell (Structure)

Strong technical expertise with relevant experience in the Electrical Engineering Department, preferably in large-scale real estate projects.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proven track record of performance.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet strict project deadlines.

Analyze and develop structural framing systems using relevant software such as ETABS, following BNBC requirements and ensuring safety against lateral forces including wind and earthquakes.

Optimize structural framing systems through design iterations while coordinating with Architects, Plumbing Engineers, Electro-Mechanical Engineers, and other relevant professionals.

Prepare efficient and practical structural designs that meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.

Design building structures, foundations, mats, and slabs using appropriate software such as SAFE.

Prepare earth protection and excavation drawings for building foundations to minimize risks to surrounding structures.

Select appropriate and quality structural components available in the market while considering cost, quality, and project timelines.

Prepare preliminary hand sketches and coordinate the development of accurate AutoCAD drawings.

Review and verify AutoCAD drawings to identify errors and ensure construction drawings are accurate and delivered within schedule.

Conduct periodic construction site visits to monitor structural work and assess construction quality.

Prepare and submit detailed site inspection and visit reports with relevant observations and recommendations.
