Architect ( Technical Drafting & Documentation)

✔ Technical Drawing & Design Execution: Apply strong foundational knowledge of architectural design to prepare, develop, and review complex architectural and technical drawings according to project requirements.

✔ Digital Design & Modeling: Utilize AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Photoshop to create accurate technical plans, 3D models/assets, layouts, and high-quality presentation graphics.

✔ Construction Detailing: Develop precise interior and exterior construction detail drawings, ensuring all necessary technical information is available for smooth and accurate on-site execution.

✔ Handover Documentation Management: Prepare, update, and refine post-construction modification/as-built drawings required for final project documentation and handover manuals.

✔ Authority Approval Management: Thoroughly review drawings and make necessary revisions to ensure compliance with applicable building codes, regulations, and requirements of relevant regulatory authorities.

✔ Coordinate with architects, engineers, project teams, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve drawing-related issues and ensure design requirements are properly implemented.

✔ Maintain proper drawing standards, revisions, documentation, and project records throughout the design and construction process.
