Monitor and maintain computers, network devices, connectivity, and related IT accessories while resolving technical issues based on established guidelines. Provide support for ERP software systems, troubleshoot user issues, and implement appropriate solutions. Perform network cabling and cable crimping according to operational requirements. Assist users both in person and over the telephone with system setup, troubleshooting, and technical concerns. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and relevant IT reports. Troubleshoot routine and complex IT issues by following management-approved procedures, diagrams, and technical instructions. Respond to IT support requests within agreed service timelines and priorities. Manage multiple IT support tasks efficiently while maintaining service quality. Build effective working relationships with office employees, software developers, and other technical professionals.

✔ Technical Drawing & Design Execution: Apply strong foundational knowledge of architectural design to prepare, develop, and review complex architectural and technical drawings according to project requirements. ✔ Digital Design & Modeling: Utilize AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Photoshop to create accurate technical plans, 3D models/assets, layouts, and high-quality presentation graphics. ✔ Construction Detailing: Develop precise interior and exterior construction detail drawings, ensuring all necessary technical information is available for smooth and accurate on-site execution. ✔ Handover Documentation Management: Prepare, update, and refine post-construction modification/as-built drawings required for final project documentation and handover manuals. ✔ Authority Approval Management: Thoroughly review drawings and make necessary revisions to ensure compliance with applicable building codes, regulations, and requirements of relevant regulatory authorities. ✔ Coordinate with architects, engineers, project teams, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve drawing-related issues and ensure design requirements are properly implemented. ✔ Maintain proper drawing standards, revisions, documentation, and project records throughout the design and construction process.
