Assist users both in person and over the telephone with system setup, troubleshooting, and technical concerns.

Prepare and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and relevant IT reports.

Troubleshoot routine and complex IT issues by following management-approved procedures, diagrams, and technical instructions.

Respond to IT support requests within agreed service timelines and priorities.

Manage multiple IT support tasks efficiently while maintaining service quality.

Build effective working relationships with office employees, software developers, and other technical professionals.
