  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum CGPA of 2.80 out of 4.0.
  • HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) with a minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 5.0.
  • SSC (Secondary School Certificate) with a minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 5.0.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Identify sales prospects and engage in business development activities.
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals to generate business opportunities.
  • Meet the agreed individual sales targets by onboarding specific customers, such as Mariners, Freelancers, and Probashi, with various products including assets, liabilities, and cards, while ensuring compliance with the bank’s policies and procedures.
  • Ensure the retention of business targets.
  • Gather and review customer documents to assess current creditworthiness, sharing findings with the Business Development Manager for final approval.
  • Collect other KYC and relevant documents necessary for processing applications for banking products or services.
  • Provide consistently high levels of customer service and effectively address customer inquiries, escalating complex issues as needed to maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction in line with the bank’s service quality standards.
  • Ensure the flawless execution of banking transactions, maintain accurate records, and respond to customer requests and queries promptly, ensuring 100% compliance with the bank’s policies, procedures, and regulatory framework.
  • Actively follow up with defaulting customers to ensure that PAR and NPL rates align with the bank’s defined norms.
