Business Development Executive

✔ Age: At least 24 years
✔ Proven experience in Marketing & Sales.
✔ Hands-on experience in managing and running Meta Ads campaigns.
✔ Strong communication, sales, and customer-handling skills.
✔ Good convincing and negotiation skills with customers.
✔ Professional knowledge of Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing.
✔ Target-oriented, proactive, and result-driven mindset.
✔ Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
✔ Responsible, punctual, disciplined, and professional attitude.

Note: Candidates without practical knowledge of Digital Marketing will not be considered.

✔ Manage Marketing & Sales activities for KTH Group’s Pharmacy, Restaurant, and Pet Shop businesses.

✔ Develop new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

✔ Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns.

✔ Use social media platforms to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.

✔ Promote restaurant food, offers, promotions, and services.

✔ Execute sales and business development plans to support overall business growth.

✔ Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and services.

✔ Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve sales targets.

✔ Conduct local promotional activities and customer acquisition initiatives.

✔ Collect customer feedback and report key insights to management.

✔ Prepare daily sales and marketing activity reports.

✔ Suggest new promotional campaigns, offers, and business growth ideas.
