Business Development Officer (Offline Marketing)

✔ At least 8 years of experience in Offline Marketing, Business Development, or Corporate Sales.

✔ Experience in the healthcare, medical equipment, pharmaceutical, hospital supply, or related industry will be given preference.
✔ Age: 25–40 years (flexible for highly experienced candidates).
✔ Proven experience in field marketing and business development.
✔ Candidates with an established network in the healthcare industry will receive priority.
✔ Motorcycle ownership and a valid driving license will be considered a strong advantage.
✔ Honest, responsible, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

✔ Strong expertise in offline marketing, client acquisition, and professional networking.
✔ Proven ability to generate both B2B and B2C sales.
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
✔ Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and other healthcare organizations.
✔ Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive with a results-driven mindset.
✔ Strong presentation, persuasion, and customer engagement skills.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
✔ Willingness to travel extensively for field visits within and outside Dhaka.
