✔ ঢাকার বিভিন্ন এলাকায় নিরাপদ ও সময়মতো মেডিকেল ইকুইপমেন্ট ডেলিভারি করা।✔ প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী গ্রাহককে পণ্যের মৌলিক ব্যবহার সম্পর্কে সংক্ষিপ্ত ধারণা প্রদান করা।✔ পণ্যের মূল্য গ্রহণ এবং ডেলিভারি সফলভাবে সম্পন্ন হয়েছে তা নিশ্চিত করা।✔ গ্রাহকের সঙ্গে সর্বদা ভদ্র, আন্তরিক ও পেশাদার আচরণ বজায় রাখা।✔ অফিসের সঙ্গে সমন্বয় করে নির্ধারিত সময়সূচি অনুযায়ী ডেলিভারি সম্পন্ন করা।✔ ডেলিভারি-সংক্রান্ত সকল তথ্য ও রেকর্ড যথাযথভাবে সংরক্ষণ করা।✔ ব্যবহৃত মোটরসাইকেল ও ডেলিভারি সরঞ্জাম পরিষ্কার, নিরাপদ এবং সচল অবস্থায় রাখা।✔ কোম্পানির প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী ডে/নাইট শিফটে দায়িত্ব পালন করা।

✔ Strong expertise in offline marketing, client acquisition, and professional networking.✔ Proven ability to generate both B2B and B2C sales.✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.✔ Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and other healthcare organizations.✔ Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive with a results-driven mindset.✔ Strong presentation, persuasion, and customer engagement skills.✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).✔ Willingness to travel extensively for field visits within and outside Dhaka.

✔ Receive and handle incoming customer calls professionally and courteously.✔ Respond to customer inquiries regarding medical equipment, product prices, availability, features, delivery, warranty, and after-sales services.✔ Understand customers' requirements and recommend suitable products accordingly.✔ Follow up with potential customers and assist them in completing purchases.✔ Record customer information, inquiries, complaints, and follow-up details accurately.✔ Coordinate with the sales, delivery, accounts, and technical support teams when necessary.✔ Handle customer complaints patiently and provide appropriate solutions.✔ Maintain a high standard of telephone etiquette and customer service.✔ Follow up on online leads received through Facebook, WhatsApp, the website, and other digital platforms.✔ Prepare daily call reports and update customer information in the company's system.✔ Achieve assigned call-handling, follow-up, and sales support targets.✔ Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
