Call Center Representative (International Campaign)

Key Responsibilities

✔ Inbound & Outbound Calls: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally, efficiently, and with a customer-focused approach.

✔ Customer Support: Provide accurate information and effectively resolve customer questions, concerns, and service-related queries.

✔ Customer Satisfaction: Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication and timely support.

✔ CRM & Call Records: Accurately record call details and update relevant information in the CRM system as required.

✔ Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to achieve required service quality benchmarks and performance standards.
