Care Assistant

Manage patient appointments and serials for assigned consultant chambers while maintaining a friendly, courteous, and welcoming attitude toward patients.

Ensure the consultant’s chamber is clean, organized, and ready before the consultation session begins.

Enter patients’ basic information, including name, age, and ID number, accurately into the hospital software.

Record patients’ reported symptoms in English using the software template and consultant’s instructions.

Accurately enter patients’ vital signs and examination results, such as blood pressure, pulse, weight, and SpO2, into the system.

Select prescribed medicines from the software’s auto-suggestion system and accurately record dosage, medication instructions, and treatment duration as directed by the consultant.

Enter prescribed laboratory tests, diagnostic procedures, and general medical advice according to the consultant’s instructions.

Upload previous medical reports and prescriptions by scanning or using a webcam, while providing courteous and patient-focused service.

Keep the consultant chamber clean, organized, and properly prepared for the next consultation session.

Assist with other hospital-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Strictly follow the hospital’s waste management and safety guidelines.

Immediately inform the supervisor in case of any emergency or unusual situation.

Provide necessary information and regular reports to the supervisor as required.

Participate in hospital meetings, training sessions, and other relevant activities.
