Job Summary

The Data Analytics Officer – MRM will support SAJIDA Foundation in strengthening the management, analysis, interpretation, and use of program data for evidence-based decision-making. The role will contribute to data management, statistical analysis, visualization, assessments, reporting, data quality, MRM system strengthening, and organizational learning in collaboration with the MRM team and Development Programs.

Key Responsibilities

MRM Systems Development & Management

• Support the implementation and maintenance of MRM/MEAL frameworks, including indicators, data collection methods, reporting requirements, and accountability mechanisms.

• Develop and update data collection tools, monitoring templates, and reporting formats.

• Ensure consistent data collection standards, methodologies, and disaggregation practices across project locations.

• Build project staff and partner capacity on MRM/MEAL tools, systems, and reporting requirements.

Monitoring & Data Management

• Coordinate routine monitoring activities and ensure timely collection, verification, and consolidation of project data.

• Maintain project databases while ensuring data accuracy, completeness, confidentiality, and integrity.

• Conduct data quality assessments and verification exercises to improve data reliability.

• Prepare monitoring reports, dashboards, and performance analyses for management decision-making.

Assessments, Research & Organizational Development

• Lead or support baseline assessments, organizational capacity assessments, surveys, and other data collection activities.

• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data and prepare assessment reports and findings.

• Use assessment findings to support project planning, adaptive management, and organizational strengthening.

• Develop evidence-based recommendations and document key lessons learned.

Evaluation & Reporting

• Support the planning and implementation of project evaluations, reviews, and learning activities.

• Provide timely MRM inputs for project reports and management reviews.

Coordination & Capacity Building

• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to project staff and partners on monitoring, data management, reporting, and accountability systems.

• Promote data-driven decision-making across project teams.

• Coordinate with Programme, Finance, and Operations teams to integrate MEAL processes into project implementation.

• Contribute to strengthening organizational MEAL systems and practices.

Other Duties

• Perform other duties relevant to the position as assigned by the Team Lead/Director of Development.
